Global Beckers Conference 2019 - Shaping the Future

In June 2019, the Beckers Group gathered 100 employees from all over the world in Berlin for its Global Beckers Conference - Shaping the Future. 

This two-day discovery journey took participants from inspiring internal keynotes focusing on key topics such as Sustainability and Innovation, to a dive into the Berlin start-ups’ ecosystem. With guest speakers including Lindengruppen’s Jenny Linden Urnes and Paul Schrotti, as well as Tim Milde from metal-industry disrupter XOM Materials, this highlight of the year also saw participants play an active part in designing the future of Beckers, generating ideas going far beyond the status quo.
